Purpose of the guideline: | Chlorfenapyr is a broad-spectrum insecticidal pesticide, and its acute poisoning mechanism mainly interferes with the respiratory chain, hindering the coupling of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) to adenosine triphosphate (ATP). There is no specific solution, toxic agent, or antagonist for acute Chlorfenapyr poisoning. In recent years, the incidence rate of chlorfenapyr poisoning in China has been on the rise year by year, with a high case fatality rate and no corresponding effective treatment. People have insufficient understanding of acute acaricide poisoning and lack effective treatment methods. At present, there is no corresponding guideline or consensus in China for the treatment of acute chlorfenapyr poisoning. In order to improve the success rate of treatment for acute chlorfenapyr poisoning, this recommendation is proposed to guide clinical practice. |
