Purpose of the guideline: | Acute poisoning events often occur, and severe poisoning can lead to multiple organ failure and even death. However, there is no guideline or consensus on hemoperfusion in acute poisoning at home and abroad, which leads to the lack of unified understanding and proper norms for hemoperfusion of acute poisoning among medical staff at all levels of hospitals. Therefore, it is urgent to formulate an expert consensus on the application of hemoperfusion in acute poisoning in line with clinical practice, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of acute poisoning, and ultimately reduce the mortality rate of poisoning. |
