| 指南制订的目的： | 急性中毒事件常有发生，中毒严重者可致多脏器功能衰竭，甚至死亡。然而，国内外尚无一部关于血液灌流在急性中毒的指南或共识，导致各级医院医护人员对急性中毒血液灌流缺乏统一的认识和应有的规范。为此，急需切合临床实际，制定血液灌流在急性中毒中的应用专家共识，提高急性中毒诊疗水平，最终降低中毒死亡率。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Acute poisoning events often occur, and severe poisoning can lead to multiple organ failure and even death. However, there is no guideline or consensus on hemoperfusion in acute poisoning at home and abroad, which leads to the lack of unified understanding and proper norms for hemoperfusion of acute poisoning among medical staff at all levels of hospitals. Therefore, it is urgent to formulate an expert consensus on the application of hemoperfusion in acute poisoning in line with clinical practice, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of acute poisoning, and ultimately reduce the mortality rate of poisoning. |
