In recent years, with the further exploration of the physiological and pathological mechanisms of various diseases, it has been found that IgE plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many diseases such as allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, allogeneic transplantation, and malignant tumors. However, clinicians do not have sufficient understanding of IgE-related diseases and are even more inexperienced in diagnosis and management. In order to improve the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of IgE-related diseases, experts in the fields of respiratory, infection, immunity, and allergy in China jointly compiled this consensus, summarized the pathogenesis and characteristics of IgE-related diseases, the diagnosis and evaluation of IgE-related diseases, and the treatment principles, and put forward recommendations based on the latest research evidence, hoping to optimize the clinical practice of patients with IgE-related diseases. |
